Marks: Three red crescents under each eye and on each cheek, as well as curving, tribalistic lines on his chest, arm and legs.
Hair: Golden-blonde and rather thick, he leaves it rather tousled and sticking back. It generally gives him a bit of a surprised look.
Eyes: His eyes are a shocking gold, almost the same shade as his hair, and they are rather narrow and slanted. Truthfully, they make him look a bit shifty, even though he's no such thing.
Skin: Pale
Clothing: Very light clothing that doesn't impede in movement. Loose red shorts that come just over his knee to start. Over that is a white jacket with open sleeves that come just past the elbow with red and white ying-yang symbols on each. The jacket is left somewhat open, leaving the orange border hanging around his chest. It's held closed by a narrow red sash that has the tie on his righ hip. A red handband is tied just under his bangs, keeping it mostly out of his eyes. Finally, a pair of cherry-red geta with a single narrow stepping-block with a hole carved through the center.

General Personality: Ceph is quite sporadic. He seems to have Adhd, due to his extreme inability to pay attention to anyone long enough for them to hold a simple conversation with the boy. As well, he's highly curious and tends to poke and observe things he finds interesting. Which is, to be honest, almost anything that catches his eye. He's quite awkward socially, having trouble coming up with words to talk to someone, but that doesn't stop him enjoying someone else's company. Where he doesn't talk, he can at times listen. And he enjoys it too. If you can capture his attention with a good discussion or story, odds are he'll pay attention to you long enough to hear you out. But if you ask him about it later, he'll forget. Seriously, the man's memory is shorter then his attention span. He's absentminded as a college professor, and unless it's a moment-to-moment thing (i.e quest), then he will certainly forget what he's supposed to be doing. And if Cepher does manage to remember what he's planning on doing, odds are that he will be a little too lazy to do it. Ceph has problems with motivating himself, no matter what exactly it is. Particularly things he can't seem to care about. Defend a town from a monster army? He'll only fight enough to keep them away from him. Find a hidden treasure in a dungeon? Why should he? Being not very materialistic, he doesn't care too much for equipment either. He'll take care of his sword, sure, but don't ask him to look after anything. Or, in fact, give him anything else to look after.
Inner Personality: He doesn't really have two sides to himself. What you see is what you get.
