Here's just a thread to make it easier for people to know who to turn to whenever they may or may not have a problem. This thread will explain the different roles of each member of staff, so everyone knows what each person can or cannot do.
- Administrator: The overseers of the site, the Administrators basically have a say in any matter and can overrule the judgments of lower staff if need be. They can access the code of the website to fix anything that may or may not be broken, and generally can fix any issue you may or may not have, and if it is convenient, you can contact them for any problem. However, don't expect them around all the time, since there's only a small number of them. This is what the other staff members are for, after all.

- Global Moderator: The rank below Administrator, the Global Moderators have the power to moderate in any of the Servers, as well as make judgments on issues members may or may not have that cannot be resolved by a Moderator. They cannot access the coding of the website, but they can help with most problems members may or may not have, and if they cannot fix it they can contact the Administrators. Global Moderators also have the power to add or subtract gold and EXP as needed.

- Mods: Mods, when appointed, are assigned to one of the Servers. The Mods' job is to ensure that things go smoothly in their Server and nothing is amiss. This includes fixing fields in their server, deleting anything that should not be there, and occasionally having to make judgment calls on quests within their Server. Do not ask a Moderator of a Server to fix something outside of their Server however, as they lack power outside of their assigned Server.

- Game Masters: Game Masters are the guys who run quests and help run events on .hack//CATHARSIS. They have the power to give gold and EXP to members, and are generally who you'd turn to if you want to take part in a quest of some kind. They are also called in to help run site-wide events by the Administrators as needed. While they have power to do things within their quests and events, questionable actions and potentially biased actions by them can be reported to a higher authority. Don't do this every time they kill you though, because if you deserved it and you're just mad that they killed you, eventually you will get in trouble and not the GM.
